Liu Jianhui, a member of the Communist Party of China, Ph.D., with a research field of food and nutrition science.

Educational work experience:

 

2016-2019, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, School of Life Sciences, Food and Nutrition Science, PhD;

 

2012-2015, jointly cultivated by the Institute of Edible Fungi, Shanghai Ocean University and Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences, major in food science and engineering, master's degree;

 

2008-2012, Qingdao Agricultural University, College of Food Science and Engineering, major in food science and engineering, bachelor's degree;

 

November 2019-present Lecturer, School of Food Science and Engineering, Nanjing University of Finance and Economics

 

August 2015-May 2016 Research Assistant, Institute of Edible Fungi, Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences

 

Research fields and directions:

 

(1) Extraction of natural active substances and analysis of biological activity;

 

(2) Natural active substances interact with gastrointestinal flora;

 

(3) Glucose and lipid metabolism and cholesterol metabolism;

 

(4) Research and development of functional foods.
