Teaching:

 

Mainly teach courses such as "Biochemistry", "Biochemical Experiments", "Food Nutrition" and "Food Safety Evaluation".

 

Presided over (completed) 1 school-level higher education research project, 1 school-level teaching reform project, and published 2 teaching and research papers.

 

Participate in the construction of online courses of "Biochemistry" and "Food Nutrition".

 

Research fields and directions:

 

The research direction is food microbiology, food extracts and intestinal flora. The current work is mainly: the regulation and mechanism of lactic acid bacteria on the intestinal flora, and the nutritional evaluation of functional foods such as food crop extracts.
