Before summer holiday, faculty meeting was held at Meeting Room A620 in Literature and Journalism School(LJS). In the meeting, relevant documents were conveyed and summer holiday's tasks were arranged.

During the meeting, firstly, secretary Wang Desheng Summarized the recent school work. Then, each team member successively made a speech. Vice president Li Jianfeng reported the undergraduate teaching work and Vice president Liu Yuetan made brief arrangement for summer school and continuing education work. Director Shen Wen reported the duty arrangement during summer holiday.

Zheng Chun, dean of LJS, made a summary speech at the end of the meeting. He first reported the progress of the work about Shandong Propaganda Department and Shandong University’s Co-construction of the School of Literature and Journalism(LJS) of Shandong University. And he emphasized Co-construction must be regarded as a strategic mission and foundation work. And then, he further emphasized the requirements for the safety of the holiday. At last, he wished all the teachers have a happy and wonderful summer vacation.
