教学工作:

担任了《生物化学》、《生化实验》和《食品营养学》等专业课程的教学,并获得校级优秀教学三等奖;主持校级教改课题1项,并发表教改论文1篇;

参与建设《食品营养学》国家级一流本科课程,以及《健康食品制造》产教融合省级一流课程《食品营养学》和《生物化学》省级在线课程

研究领域及方向:

1膳食因子、肠道菌群及营养健康:通过不同的动物模型,建立肠道菌群与疾病之间的联系,挖掘食品功能因子发挥作用的潜在机制。

2粮食副产物精深加工与转化:通过创新生物酶法合成生物学等多种技术手段,提取粮食副产物中多糖蛋白、多酚γ-谷维素等营养成分,并应用于保健品、化妆品功能食品等中促进粮食副产物的高值利用。
